Over the past week, I have lost 5 pounds, from walking about a mile every other day.
Initial weigh-in: 325
Now: 320
Edit: I forgot to say that it is for my Human Development class, where I have to write a journal about something that I have wanted to do, but never got around to it. I went with losing that 25 lbs before classes were over. So far, I am well on my way.

Holy Cow
Reading 19 page papers on scaffolding and group learning is tedious. People who write papers for journals really do like to repeat themselves over, and over, and over. Also, the paper is titled “Metacognitive scaffolding in an innovative learning arrangement.” Just thought that was a funny way of saying “Learning in groups, with scaffolding, in a computer lab.”

Annoying stress
So I signed up for a long-term assignment in history around Christmas. I thought it would be fun, and a learning experience.
It has been a learning experience, however, it is harder than I thought it was going to be. I kind of wish I didn’t take it, but it is too late to stop. I am also not one to quit just because it is hard.
But the stress of reading and developing things for kids to do...
