Over the past week, I have lost 5 pounds, from walking about a mile every other day.
Initial weigh-in: 325
Now: 320
Edit: I forgot to say that it is for my Human Development class, where I have to write a journal about something that I have wanted to do, but never got around to it. I went with losing that 25 lbs before classes were over. So far, I am well on my way.
